Terms of Service

By accessing or playing AIMLE at aimle.xylenzer.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy.

AIMLE is a free daily aim-training game: every day there is one shared challenge — the same targets, the same seed, for every player — and you get one scored run. You can play anonymously, or sign in with Google to save your streak and rank across devices. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (or 16 where your local law requires a higher age of digital consent). By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement and can enter into this agreement.

Signing in is optional and handled through Google OAuth — we never see or store your Google password. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You can sign out at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account data (see the Privacy Policy).

Because AIMLE is a competitive daily challenge, you agree not to:

• cheat or manipulate scores, streaks, accuracy, or the leaderboard;
• use bots, scripts, automation, aim assistance, or any non-human means to play;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data from the Service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or its infrastructure;
• disrupt or overload the Service, or use it to break any applicable law.

We may invalidate scores, reset streaks, or suspend access if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

The AIMLE name, design, code, audio, and game content are owned by the operator and protected by applicable law. You may share your result cards and challenge links, but you may not copy, resell, or create derivative versions of the Service without permission.

If you choose a nickname or otherwise submit content, you're responsible for it and confirm it isn't unlawful or infringing. You grant us a limited licence to display it as part of the Service (for example, on the leaderboard).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that scores, leaderboards, or streaks are accurate, complete, or preserved. You use the Service at your own risk.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including challenges, leaderboards, accounts, or the entire Service) at any time, with or without notice, and we are not liable to you or anyone else for doing so. We do not promise the Service will always be available, compatible with your device, or free of interruptions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or revenue, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. In all cases, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us to use the Service (which is likely USD $0) or (b) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

AIMLE relies on a few third-party providers to run (Google for sign-in and analytics, and Supabase for database hosting), and it may link to other sites. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is covered by their own terms.

You can stop using the Service at any time, and you can delete your account from your profile. Account deletion has a 15-day grace period: you can restore the account by signing back in during that window, after which your account and all associated data are permanently removed. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service, and we may do so without liability to you. Provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes any consumer rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your own country.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the operator about the Service and replace any earlier understandings. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stay in full effect and the unenforceable part is limited to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign or transfer these Terms; we may assign them to a successor (for example, in connection with a merger or sale) without restriction. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
