Privacy Policy

01Who we are

AIMLE (aimle.xylenzer.com) is a free daily aim-training game operated by an individual. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. We aim to respect the GDPR (EU), UK GDPR, and Thailand's PDPA. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

02Data we collect

  • Anonymous play requires no account and collects no personal data — your settings and progress stay on your device.
  • Google sign-in (optional) gives us your email (to identify your account) and your name and profile picture from your Google profile. We never receive your Google password.
  • Game data — if you're signed in, your scores, streaks, accuracy, and a leaderboard nickname. Your public identity is a nickname you choose (or a default handle).
  • Technical data — standard information such as IP address, browser type, and device info, collected via analytics.

03How we use your data

We use this data to run the game and sign-in, save and sync your streak and rank, build the daily and friends leaderboards, enforce fair play (one scored run per day), keep the Service secure, and understand aggregate usage so we can improve it.

04Cookies & local storage

  • A single session cookie is used for authentication when you sign in. It is HttpOnly and Secure.
  • Local storage on your device keeps your settings (sensitivity, volume, crosshair) and, for guests, your progress — this never leaves your device unless you sign in.
  • We may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure usage.
  • We do not currently run advertising, though this policy may be updated if that changes.

05Third-party processors

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service:
  • Google — sign-in (OAuth) and analytics.
  • Supabase — database hosting for accounts, scores, and leaderboards.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

06Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account from your profile at any time (a 15-day grace period applies before it becomes permanent), or email aimle@xylenzer.com to make a request. We'll respond within the time required by applicable law.

07Data retention

We keep your account and game data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account it enters a 15-day grace period, during which you can restore it by signing back in. After 15 days it is permanently and irreversibly deleted, together with your scores, streaks, friend connections, and sign-in records. We retain limited records beyond that point only where the law requires it or to resolve a dispute. Aggregated, anonymized statistics that cannot identify you may be kept indefinitely.

08Security & international transfers

All traffic is encrypted in transit with HTTPS, and access to data is limited. Because our providers operate globally, your data may be processed in other countries; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

09Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from them; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact aimle@xylenzer.com and we'll delete it.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and where appropriate we'll provide a more prominent notice.
